Staff Training Requirement
ll staff members are required by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) to complete mandatory training on a regular basis. Certified Care Planner LLC is responsible for sharing training information and resources to ensure staff compliance.
Action Required:
• All staff must watch all training videos provided.
• After completing the training, you will be required to sign an acknowledgment confirming that you have completed the required training.
• Staff must also continue completing ongoing training through EduCare Training Courses.

Enhanced Rate Training and Information:
If the client you’re working with is assessed for 10 or more PCA hours a day, you may qualify for a training stipend (PCA Choice Only) and an Enhanced Reimbursement Rate (PCA Choice or Traditional), if you complete additional training. If you hold a CNA, LPN or RN license, you do not need to complete any additional training. To qualify, you need to complete steps 1-3 below. You can learn more about the requirements Here and Here
